It's easy to use but doesn't work, kept coming up with a temperature of between 36.5 and 36.9 yet I knew my son had a temperature. Luckily my father was round so went out and got a new thermometer and my son had a temperature of 42! I don't know how a product of such importance can be sold! Needless to say my son ended up having convulsions and was taken to hospital by ambulance where he was admitted. I genuinally think if a product like this can be so far off the mark then it should be sold!

This device is not accurate. I tried to take readings (ear, head) but it shows the same low reading all the time for myself and my husband.Can I send it back?

Never worked properly. Readings change all the time. Total waste of money.
