Excellent Product : Lecithin
I am really pleased with these capsules which are exactly as described. I am a diet and nutrition 'person' who also practices aromatherapy and this product is ideal. You can add to other ingredients in aromatherapy for a variety of uses. I highly recommend this company and their product.

Surprisingly large
The media could not be loaded. Have been using these tablets to support my breastfeeding journey for the last few weeks. Have not seen a drop in my milk production or any kind of negative reaction from baby. The tablets are surprisingly large but having said that they are still relatively easy to swallow as they have a jelly like capsule.
