This product has just enough fizz to make it feel different than water, there's caffeine and B12, so you're getting energy. You know the water you're using the mix it with, it blends easily with ice, and it tastes good cold or room temp. The small vials are easy to stash in your pocket or purse. I think the fizz is what did it - I drink this at work throughout the morning, and I FINALLY to break my energy drink habit. Instead of having 200 - 300 mg of caffeine combined with tons of sugar twice a day, I'm drinking Zipfizz with only 100 mg. Some days I'll mix a second one, but rarely finish it; I'll put it in the fridge overnight and it's good to go in the morning. I've found myself drinking SO much more water, my overall caffeine consumption halved or better, and as a result of less caffeine, I actually have more energy. I'm not saying it's the Zipfizz that is giving me the extra energy, but that this was the product that helped me quit a habit I've been wanting to break for years. Replenishes electrolytes, includes lots of vitamins. The black cherry flavor is not the best, and I usually like that flavor. I'll but the product again, but a different flavor.
