Great pasta. It is bronze cut that holds the sauce better. Takes a little longer to cook for al dente, but worth it.

You can eat it plain
This stuff has a surprisingly good flavor. Most pasta is just a flavorless vehicle for sauce, but I could eat this plain (and usually do end up popping pieces in my mouth during meal prep). It really makes you wonder why other pasta is so bland.
