Re a Size 44 C, band a bit short; cup way large for me, but maybe not you.
Re how the sizing works. For a Size 44 the bottom band in the loosest hooks is 36 1/4 inches.I ordered a C cup. I can't tell for sure it is true to a C or not. What I know is that it is huge on me. My prosthesis doesn't begin to fill it. So if I reorder this bra I will ask for a B cup.Also, it came in soft packaging that got smashed some in my mailbox. A padded bra, which this is (thin padding) needs a firm box with filler.Otherwise the sewing and fabric look good.

Good fit
It’s a good fit, holds my breast form and my tops look nice when I am wearing it. I don’t know if it’s because of mastectomy but I just can’t find a bra that is really comfortable. I’m still looking for a five star!

Runs a bit large
The bra fits okay but, is a bit large in the cup. Also the material that creates the pocket is really too loose allowing the form to shift. Over all very comfortable.

Feeling like a woman again!!
I ordered the wrong size. It's slightly to small but with an extender, It fits perfect. The openings for prosthesis are just the right size. I'm ordering another, this time one that fits right.

Almost like the real thing
This is a comfortable bra that holds the prosthetics in place. They sit in a natural position with this bra as well. The bra is well made and will last a good several years. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Restocking fee
It didn’t fit me quite right and was a little on stiff side (so may offer more support?) - seemed ok otherwise. However when I went to return it some info popped up saying there would be a 20% restocking charge unless you were exchanging it for another bra. So if you are just returning it, it looks like the return is NOT FREE. As good bras are hard to find and it takes a lot of searching to find a new brand or size you may be ok with this. However you should know from the beginning.

Is not very comfortable, cups too large
Digs in under arms and cup is too large for size stated. Just not a comfortable bra all the way around

Know your cup size
Loved the style but found the cups very padded which I didn't mind but the cup size seemed big. I ordered an A but should have ordered a AABe warned if you need to return, it's on your dime!!Cost me $20 to return 2. One was recieved in a box other in plastic bag.Returned both in the box.

De bonne qualité et très confortable
C'est un soutien gorge très confortable,la poche dans le bonnet est très utile pour y insérer un rembourrage.Je le recommande fortement.

La matière est satinée et de belle couleur mais les bonnets sont un peu déformés ? Ce n'est pas le même modèle que celui que j'avais acheté en noir, donc je suis un peu déçue.

It took forever to arrive but it was worth the wait. It fit perfectly as I knew it would because I already have one like it. Also, although it is a mastectomy bra, I have not had a mastectomy which doesn't make any difference as it is still a perfect fit. Thank you.
