My 4 year old son is super into World Landmarks at the moment…started his obsession with the Statue of Liberty. This book is great because it includes beautiful images of many popular and lesser known famous landmarks as well as interesting and important facts. Breaks things down into different continents for easy exploration. Perfect for world landmark lovers of all ages!

The pictures are bright and colorful but of all the famous landmarks you would expect to see, Big Ben was one of them. I expected it since it's on the cover but was not in the book. My son was very disappointed!

The pictures are spread across both pages so they look ridiculous.

This is an unbelieveably bad book. The photos of some of the landmarks are obscured by big, clumsy text. This includes blotting out half of the pictures of the White House, the Taj Mahal, the Lotus Temple, and the Pyramids. It also does not include Big Ben or the Golden Gate Bridge. I'm appaled that a book publisher would ever put this out in the market, and that an editor let it go out that way. Save your money and buy something else.

The book ONLY introduces ancient architectures in Asia, Africa and Europe, while just focuses new building in America. This is not equal comparison. It will bring unnecessary biases to children.

Beware. Some of the landmarks on the front and back cover are not actually included in the book. The pictures that are included inside are often obscured by text, in some cases cutting off half the picture. The page layout is woeful. The picture of Uffington White Horse is taken from such an angle that you cannot see the horse shape.Astounding that a professional publisher would print this, and that amazon are selling it. I will be returning my copy.

What a brilliant collection of books for children. My grandson adores it. Very informative.
