I had noticed before that taking a quality omega 3 pill really helped my winter blues and I picked this one because it had extra vitamins that make it even better. I take 2 I'm the morning with breakfast, sometimes it's hard to see a difference with vitamins because mood stuff can be subjective but I've noticed a marked difference and it's definitely helping-- also maybe my eyes are getting a boost too!

I bought these since I found out that I have Blepharitis. I was shocked at what I found out. You never get rid of this. You have to continue every day to care for your eyes. You cant believe how many problems come with this thing called Blephartis. I have finally found something that makes them feel better. I can tell a difference when I don't take these. Now as FANTASTIC AS THEY ARE...they are horrible to swallow. They are not big. I think is due to the fact that they are round. I don't know. I have never had a problem with pills. ** my general doctor (I always show him anything that I am taking) I took them to my appt. He told me that they can sometimes cause your blood to thin. He asked me not to take 3 as recommend. He said two but he would rather I take 1. I will try to take the one. If it does not work I will take one on one day and two the next. They just work so well. I hate to go back to how it was without them....My review...these work and they work great.

My eye dr recommended another brand at 3x the cost. I tried this product about 6 months ago and my dry eye issue has been much better. Before it felt like I had sand in my eyes and that hasn't happened in months. My eyes watered all the time also. That hasn't completely gone away but has improved greatly. It is rare I feel a product like this works. But I would say it has benefits.

This is an eye omega that I can afford. The smaller pill is easier to swallow and it helps my dry eyes - very important! I only have to take one pill instead of the two pills recommended to help my eyes making it even more economical.

My first two bottles of this were great! No fishy smell or taste and works well for dry eye. My most recent bottle ordered was totally different! So fishy smelling and tasting that I could not use them. And this item is not returnable! I would appreciate a new bottle to be sent but that is not an option. Disappointed and will be trying a different brand.😩

No aftertaste or Flavor when taking. I have been taking these just a few weeks. I have not had a problem and the label has some outstanding information.

The reason I decided to purchase this product is because it specifically states that there is "NO FISHY BURPS AND SMALL, EASY TO SWALLOW SOFTGELS - Eliminates the dreaded aftertaste and smaller, easier to swallow softgels for a pleasant vitamin experience. " However, let me tell you they do!! As soon as I opened the container, the smell was very fishy and the fishy burps are absolutely there. I gave them an honest try even though I couldn't stand the smell but it didn't go well... I also did my homework looking for the right supplement and thought that I found it. They are now sitting on my desk and I get to start my search all over again for the NO FISHY BURPS or fishy smell for a dry eye supplement.. I am very disappointed!
