The GForce swing trainer is an extremely thin-shafted 7-iron that is very flexible. The graphite shaft bends easily during a swing that does not follow a good tempo or that has an abrupt transition. It is the feel of this flex that indicates you need to modify your swing and that seems to be the primary way this swing trainer works. It provides instant feedback through the flex in the shaft. There are several training videos on their website that will guide you further on how to use the trainer. It also came with several tees and a small ball marker/poker chip. I thought the poker chip was supposed to be a striking aid because hitting a flat object is supposed to improve your ball striking. If that was the intent, they should’ve made it from better material because I tried that and it dented with every shot. Other than that, this is something you can use with practice balls in your backyard or bring to the driving range. At first, it really felt silly using this club but after some time with it, I started seeing improvement in my tempo/rhythm that led to better ball striking and helped me understand how to pace my swing without the need to hire a golf instructor. I’ll be honest, the price is a bit more than I’d expect but then again, everything golf-related is more expensive for some reason. It would definitely be worth it if it made me shoot like Rory McIlroy but I’d say I’m still pretty far from that level. It did improve my iron striking and consistency so it might be worth your time if that is the weak part of your game.

There are a million different swing trainers out there so it's nice to see that this one is endorsed by a pro. It takes some time to get used to the feel but once you do you'll have your swing grooved. It's much more useful to me hitting balls on the range than just swinging with it.

Maybe there’s some merit to it for tempo training, but the club is cheaply made. Cheap club face and in particular terrible grip that gets your hands sticky after holding it. Hurts the hands with repetition swing because of the cheap rubber material
