I have used this product for a week now. I am really liking it! It has pretty much stopped my craving for sweets. I’ve noticed some weight loss, pants fitting differently. I am curious to go back to the doctor to see what my A1C has changed to! I like that this is a natural product. It has not affected my stomach at all. Im looking forward to see how I am after a month! Good price point for this product as well.

After just taking the supplement for two days, may hunger cravings stopped. Now I don’t feel like I want to eat everything in sight! They are easy to swallow and leave non aftertaste. I can definitely tell that this has helped curb my appetite. I’m a snacker and still find myself reaching for something to munch on, but only out if habit. I’m getting better though. I was hoping to see this help with my focus and improve my sleep (as I’m writing this review at 4:00am) still waiting for that to kick in. Minimal side effects, definitely best to take with food as directed. Overall, hoping to see how this helps my lab work in January. I’ll update my review then, but for now giving it 4-stars.

First time with this product but not new to Berberine.Type 2 Diabetes runs in the family and I'm the only one so far not afflicted. However last year I got lazy and plumped up 30# and my A1C reflect that and put me right on the edge of being pre-diabetic. First thing I did was get my head out of my you know what and drop the weight. The A1C dropped but I was left the weird cravings for sugars that I didn't have before and even stranger reactions to foods that felt like sugar highs and crashes even though I hadn't eaten anything to cause that. It was really strange and frustrating. I mean I'd eat a simple garden salad with vinegar and oil and get extremely tired as if I ate a bowl of Frosted Flakes with a bowlful of Sugar added in to boot.I figured my system just needed some time to readjust to some clean eating but after a couple of months with no improvements I started researching some supplements and came across Berberine. I was on the other brand for roughly 3 months.I want to add in that at 56 yo my A1C was fine until I gained that #30. I can't explain why my system didn't reset after I lost the weight after only holding that extra weight for about 6 months other then getting old SUCKS.I switched to Sotalix Berberine with Cinnamon+Milk Thistle+Bitter Melon+Turmeric+Ashwagandha because specifically states Glucose Health, Digestion and weight management. The other additives I use in other ways already and here they are already blended in so that was a bonus to me.I've only been on this brand product for a short time but I've used other products from this brand name and have come to trust Sotalix and expect satisfaction with their Berberine offering as well. Their product quality and price point is exceptional.

I bought this product twice. He helped what nothings still can't help with, it's a gold mine. Helped with my belly issues, but they took it aways, I wonder if they gonna mess with the formula, nothing really good last.

I have tried berberine supplements before and prefer this supplement due to its efficacy and improved results. I have noted a weight reduction and decrease cravings since staring berberine supplement. I like that it is GMP certified and there are a variety of other valuable ingredients. I have been able to reduce my other supplement intake due to the versatility of this one pill. Of note, I have been taking 1 pill 2x/day for 2 months. I am going to increase to 2 pills in AM and 1 in PM to see if I feel more results in my joint inflammation ( 3 knee surgeries.)Update2 months post. I did not notice a change after increasing dosage. I ordered a new bottle and the pills were a different color and had a different scent to it. Concerned about product consistency.
