Lemony, creamy, buttery. An absolute delight.

If you're on the fence about trying this lemon curd, let me tell you it's worth every penny. I'm on a strict budget, but this jar of lemon curd is worth absolutely worth it. I bought it at first just because I was curious to try "lemon curd". It's delicious and it's a little like if you crossed lemon jelly with sort of lemon custard. It's intensely lemon flavored and tastes like natural lemon. I recently decided to use it as a thin layer in a refrigerator lemon pie. Graham cracker crust, thin layer of this lemon curd, a package of softened cream cheese with about a third of the lemon curd in the jar mixed with a splash of milk for the next layer, and topped with a layer of dream whip according to the package directions. Stuffed it in the freezer for an hour or so and my husband said it was the best lemon dessert he ever had. It took me about 5 mins to make. I know this is popular in the UK but until now I never tried anything like this. It's awesome, and so time saving. If you need lemon flavor this jar of lemon curd is the answer. I can envision using this in my tea, and making cookies that used jelly. Cooking? Definitely if you need a sweet lemon flavor. I tried the jellies from this brand too. Yes they are expensive. But in this case they are all high quality and intensely flavored.
