NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE
Not a bad pair of orthotics but I wish they were made of plastic instead of hard foam but they do the job just the same

You pay for what u get.
Extremely stiff product. Not the heel support I was looking for. Arch support is actually ok if you put it under your insoles so I give 2 stars for that. Took a few days to adjust but in the end I was unhappy. Would not buy this product again.

Two Stars
They were too hard of an insole for me. I returned them. They were uncomfortable for my foot.

My second pair for other sneakers
My physical therapy doc recommended inserts. Seems as I've aged my feet have altered enough to warrant inserts. These work and are not costly

Will buy again
Feel just as comfortable as my doctors $50 version. I wear them in my shoes everyday. Easy to switch from one pair of shoes to another.
