My husband takes these for his intermittent fasting. (OMAD) He has exclusively used this brand, and they work beautifully. He loves the chewiness, taste, and convenience. He hates pills, so we needed something he wouldn’t dread taking, and this is perfect for him.We have probably bought 10-12+ of these, out of fear that they might stop making them. I do extensive research, and after looking through almost every listing here on Amazon, this is what I chose. Why?1. Liposomal. If you can get liposomal supplements, always get them, it is better and more readily absorbed in the body! These being lipsomal means they are higher-quality than their competitors!2. The ingredients are fantastic, and not filled with junk.3. They are vegan-friendly! My husband and I are both vegan, and so many supplements have gelatin or other animal-derived ingredients. Animals are friends, not food!4. They have other ingredients like black pepper, bitter melon, and cayenne. Those are all fantastic for absorption, and great for weight loss/ blood sugar regulation!My husband started taking these in February of 2024, and he was at 320lbs. He is now, as of September 10th 2024, at 230lbs. These little gummies combined with OMAD/ fasting and eating low-glycemic foods, is life-changing for him. He takes 1-2 before a meal. That’s it.No, he doesn’t work out. No, there is no secret. No, he has not had any surgery, nor does he take ozempic or any other weight loss pill or injection. And no, I am not paid to say this. I’m usually VERY harsh on reviews..If you’re looking for a berberine supplement, look no further.

too pricey and too sweet

Tastes great, unsure of effectiveness. Am pretty suspect of the quality of active ingredients, but we will see. Tastes great as I mentioned and claims to be sugar balanced. Giving it a 3 month try under a subscription and will update after lab work. May just be an expensive daily treat, may be the greatest bargain around. Will update in late Nov 2024. Hope it works well for you.

Berberine is a supplement that has been associated with several potential health benefits, and is currently being discussed and studied by scientists online. Added to that are 4 other supplements that are also being analyzed to show their benefits related to metabolism.These are all combined in tasty (but not sugary) gummies: dose is one/day, 60 doses/bottle. Gummies are so much easier to ingest than capsules, thank you.My one concern: nowhere on this product listing or on the bottle does it say the origin of the ingredients, where the product is manufactured, or in what country it is tested. Hence the 4 stars - I'd like more information.

I've tried other Berberine and these were much easier to take.

I originally bought a capsule that was 1,500 mg directions said take two I did and it would give me loose stools but I could tell it was greatly working but I knew the dosage was too strong so I opted for this. Total opposite effect. Cause constipation could not feel any difference with it working or the production of short chain fatty acids which is why I bought it. Taste is not unbearable but it's also not good.
