I like the way the vanilla tastes. I have been doing keto since January and have tried a few different protein powders but they can get pricey for good quality ones. I would purchase this one again. This is the only one I have seen that has fat already added although with the others you can simply add in some butter or oil. Still that is a plus.

It tastes fine. It’s not super delicious but it’s a meal replacement/supplement shake. That’s par for the course. I’m fine with it.The problem I have (and the same for my wife), is that it gives us horrible stomach aches after drinking it. It’s crippling. That might be what makes me quit using it.

I bought this product at a local drug store. I am on a Keto diet and wanted to try this product for the convenience factor in case ai didn’t have time to prepare a meal. I can honestly tell you this worst tasing product I’ve ever consumed, at least the “vanilla” flavor. It literally tasted like water with a considerable amount of dishwashing detergent mixed in. I almost gagged all the way through this stuff. It was terrible and the $42.65 cost for 15 servings didn’t help any. I’m writing this to warn people about wasting money on such a terrible tasting product, again at least the vanilla flavor. Just horrible. Don’t know how a company allow such a product reach the market, because, my gosh, Im sure they had to taste this stuff too.

I use this product every morning for a breakfast smoothie. I use it, some MCT oil, spinach and some kind of berries. Add an individual package of Swerve and almond milk. Right to the Bullet it goes. Some times I add almond or peanut butter, some avocado or a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. I know people who use alot less in theirs. The first time I tried it, someone else had made it with just this powder, spinach, a pkg of Swerve and water and it was delicious! I have lost over 80 pounds on Keto and keeping, at least, breakfast simple is quite helpful. I have tried the chocolate also. It is good also. I just don't buy it cause I don't want chocolate all the time.

I loved this stuff. Paid $42.99 at a health food store. I used almond milk ice and a tablespoon of sugar free peanut butter and mixed with my bullet blender. It was creamy and delicious. So with what I paid it was $2.86 per serving. This is the least expensive fast food meal I could find and I don’t have to worry about macros. Just wanted everyone who’s looking for a yummy keto shake to try this!!!!

Bought this today from a local store, and I’m so happy I did. It tastes so good and it filled me up for hours. Definitely will keep buying this! I Love the creamy vanilla flavor!
