It's ok for the price. Unless you mount it firmly, it is flimsy. This can be likened to the old style white curtain rods that slide in and out of each other with the curved ends. One, slightly smaller rail, slides into another leaving an open channel at the bottom for the holders to slide back and forth. The included clips make the curtain hang about an inch below the rail. I decided not to use them and mount the curtain directly to the sliding carriers so it'll be held closer to the rail.I wouldn't buy this again because I don't think it'll last very long.

This universal rod system was an improvement for my application. I wanted a more sleek look than the wall-mounted old curtain rod I used previously. I just screwed the rod into the top board, right thru the metal; didn't use the mounting clips provided( wanted a more "flush" look).I used small flat-headed screws & went right thru the metal into the wood header in my closet, where I removed the closet door track. The old closet doors were just too cumbersome and not very handy for the application I wanted. Thank you Levolor! The rod came with many clips - best used with light to med. weight fabrics; even had two extra clips. Perfect for my application.

Perfectly nice rod -- but not heavy duty. I was told to get a Kirsch UltraFine - but I liked how this one looked (plus it was cheaper) and figured it could do the job - unfortunately no. The brackets don't allow for ceiling mount - I had to drill the bracket holes out bigger so they could accommodate some long screws for the ceiling instead of the short bolts they had in them to just hold the rod. So, I was able to modify the brackets to make a ceiling mount work. Then I tried to hang the curtain.. It is a heavy curtain I'm hanging (has sound-proofing material inside it). The plastic carriers pulled right off the rod (turned sideways and dropped). My curtain hit the floor. I needed a more burly solution. If you're hanging a light curtain and need a wall mount - this should do the job in a straightforward manner.

I believe it will do the job, but it is a little less sturdy than I would have liked. But it installed easily and looks good.

We put this track up in our small trailer to add a curtain for privacy. It worked great and was easy to install.

I ordered this to use in a van and it seems to be just the ticket and well made though the sliders to which the curtain attaches are plastic which concerns me a bit, however time will tell. I'm having curtains made so I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.

most of the time I get good deal from Amazon but non this time.items is not a good quality..it sound like metal but is so light tha seems to be plastic.....I could have got something better from Home Depot.

I installed this on my ceiling for a shower curtain. I could not install a normal rod due to a sloped ceiling. The install was easy and it is very stable. Awesome!!
