I am writing this review after 6 months of use. fan started creating problem after 15 days of use. When it is used on top speed it keeps shutting down and beep again and again.when I called customer service an engineer contacted me but never visited to check the fan.Edit 19/04/2025Engineer visited about 20 days ago and changed the PCB. more problems faced now it was turning off on low speeds too. Then it started running reverse and never going to forward mode.Engineer visited again about 7 days ago and chaged PCB and remote again. Now its working.

I used this product for 9 months. Speed and the flow of air is very good. Easy to install. Features are satisfying. But in my case the fan was very noisy. After 2 months from purchased the fan hasstarted to make noise. Day by day the sound has increased. So claim my warranty. The Motor of the fan was poor and has dispute. So they changed it after 10 days from visit. Servicing is very good. Now the fan is in good condition.3.5 star of of 5.

Good fan but may be getting a noise from fan

Its exceptionally low noise profile is virtually imperceptible, the remote control operates flawlessly, and its energy efficiency is a significant advantage.Polycab's service is also exemplary; they proactively managed all aspects of the service call, prioritizing customer needs.

The product is excellent with respect to price as you get features on 6000/- range product.The increase decrease between the 2 speed amazed me and found in none other.The Fan speed is good at 380 and Air Delivery is nice at 235, just wow.The good thing is, at 1 2 and 3 it moves at good speed and feel air even at 1 n 2.What would had be more better so that I would had given 5 star, the fan is not having auto ON feature, polycab should add a feature to auto switch ON the fan after half n hour, 1 hr, 1.5 hr upto 3 hr.This will help people auto switch ON fan while the AC set to switch OFF at given time.Rest all fine.
