Works well as a low-cost alternative to TRX bands
These straps are good, but be careful. If you receive them and the metal ring holding the handle to the strap is thin and silver and not the thicker gray version, do not use them. Contact the company and send them back. You should learn from reading comments, the thin ring was a poor choice made by the contract manufacturer and it will break with minimal use. The company quickly responded and sent me an updated version. Contact them if you are concerned.

How is QonQuill different from the Fitness Kings Suspension X?
QonQuill (QQ) comes with the mounting hardware to have a place to hook it without a door or squat rack as well as three resistance bands and a designated Door attachment if you're using them while traveling, Fitness Kings (FK) does not come with either of those technically. FK comes with one extra strap that definitely can be used as a door attachment but in reality is just an extension to the straps.QQ comes with Carabiners sewn on, FK comes with detachable S hooks. The S hooks are easily removed, that's a good thing in terms of versatility of the straps, it's a bad thing if you're not great at remembering to make sure to use the strap correctly (never have slack, they should ways be pulled taut, no matter what brand you're using)The quality of the actual colored part of the straps is exactly the same. There is no difference besides color. As for the resistance bands the QQ comes with, any resistance is better than none, but for me personally the Heavy is what I was hoping the light or medium would be.The handles on QQ are sewn evenly, the FK handles are sewn at an angle as if there is a specific left and right strap. I see the benefit to both ways. The handle on the FK is softer (squishier?) Than the QQ but the QQ are not uncomfortable. The FK straps have a lining on the part you'd use as a foot strap to help with grip, QQ does not have any lining. It's just strap. Is the lining necessary? Nah, the QQs don't slip off the toe... Unless you do it barefoot, then the lining is nice. The areas that are reinforced are sewn differently. On QQ they are 4 straight lines that are reinforced with a zigzag over top, on FK it's sewn in the shape of a box with an X in the middle. Both ways seem sturdy enough to remain safe for a long time, which having the great quality of the strap helps. Is one worth almost double the price than the other? That depends on what you plan to do with them. If you don't need the wall mount and resistance bands that come with QQ then don't spend the extra money. But unless you like having the reminder that you're slacking (haha get it cuz if you're using them correctly you shouldn't have slack?) I'd replace the S hooks with some good quality Carabiners. The FK comes with a lifetime warranty if ANY part of it breaks, they will replace it for free, the QQ I am unsure of any warranty at all BUT I also see on their reviews where people have updated poor reviews because the company is really good at making things right.Either way PLEASE play with the straps and learn how to adjust the length BEFORE using them in public. You'll save yourself frustration and possibly embarrassment.

Just ok.. see update
The good. The hanging bracket is well made and very solid, the price is right, and it will work if you're on a budget or dont want to shell out the money for the name brand. The bad. The extension strap is weak and I broke it in 2 places within 15 minutes of owning this. I replaced that with a strap from my hammock since its adjustable as well and it works just fine. The spring loaded quick adjust on the main straps will slip but you can get around it by pushing them closed once its adjusted and it doesn't seem to slip after that. I would reccomend buying this but replace the extension strap with something else before use.Update. The company saw my 3 star review and sent me a brand new entire set not just the part that broke! Awesome customer service +1 star. I havent used the new set yet

High quality and very strong materials.
I was thoroughly impressed with these straps. They feel extremely highly quality. Also the steel mounting plate is very stout. I can confidently put my whole body weight on the straps without any worry that they will break. Overall just a great product for great value. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great to finally own my own set!
This has been a great product for me thus far, and I give it 5 stars, but I say that with the caveat that I have only been cautiously using it, far below its intended capacity, because I live in an apartment, so I won't be mounting anything on a wall/ceiling, and the doors inside are flimsy. I have still enjoyed this product and have had no issues with it - it is great to finally get to use this strap system at my own convenience in my own home! - but I have only been lightly using it. I do like taking the resistance bands to my actual gym with me, because it's great to be able to finally use them doing things like squats or hip abductor work. Overall, as I have currently used this product, I am satisfied.

Great workout at home!
I really like this. I used it in my doorway. It took me a while to figure it out too, but it was worth it (didn’t wanna screw in anything if I didn’t like it). I’m about 125lbs and felt comfortable using it. I was more reluctant to let my husband try (225+). If he wanted to try it I would have probably screwed it in if he as was going to have more regular use. I’m familiar with TRX bands at my gym and I like this. I just need to find a good “home” for it in my house. I give it 4 stars because the resistance bands were just OK.

New and Improved
The company has changed and found new and better products. My previous review was from their old supplier. The company sent us a new kit with their new products and we could not be more pleased. If you have been wondering if you should try this brand or not, I highly recommend them. Plus they have exceptional customer service. The bands broke after two uses. My husband isn’t super heavy, he’s about 160 or 170 and in shape. There’s no reason that these should’ve broken! We are military and my husband bought these to continue his training while at work and on the road when away from gyms.
