Just my thoughts
Understanding how much even a 4 star review hurts the supplier, I want them to know if they were to put a rod linking the two ends together then my cat would not be able to pull it apart. I am constantly repairing it for the cat to ruin again.A simple plastic rod, threaded on both ends and secured to the 90 degree brackets would do it and cost the manufacturer less that $.30 . personally, I'D RATHER PAY ANOTHER DOLLAR FOR IT TO NOT BREAK. Otherwise, good product. I'll be looking for a freebee with the changes I suggest soon, thanks.

Save Yourself the Grief
Shipping was fast...that is what the 1 star is for. Not as large as expected. Flimsy plastic brackets. Wanted to test the ease of the cardboard roll. It split in half with a lite roll. Cats sniff at it, that's about all. Save yourself the grief.

Disappointing product. Don’t Buy!
This product looked so interesting and stimulating for a cat to play with and we were contemplating rescuing one. We bought the product in June and put it away unopened anticipating hoing to the shelter in the fall. We brought our cat home October 20th. I just tried to put it together but it came broken. What a disappointment. We will try to glue it together but I’m not sure that will work. If you dare buy this product, open it immediately don’t wait till you need it!
