Finally a place to keep all my keys in one place
Like most homes we have a lot of keys and more importantly extra keys. I now have a place to keep the backup key for two homes, two cars, multiple safes, neighbors key, parents keys, and the list goes on. I have in almost filled on one side already and can keep it locked up, with a key, in a fire safe. I used the middle divider for electronic lock documents and also have a few USB keys in it as well. This is perfect for anyone with keys. I imagine this is designed mainly for rental units or realtors hence the carry strap but for a homeowner this is much easier to use then a key lock box. Recommended purchase.

Pretty good
I have a variety of keys laying around, and once I started having difficulty finding particular keys, realized I should probably do something about it. I've got desk drawers that lock, cabinets, storage cases for hard drives, tool chests, keys to used furniture I bought, more than I thought. I doubt I'll fill this, but at least it's not likely I'll ever have to get another. As others have noted, the covers are a little rubbery. I wouldn't describe it as very sticky, more like an anti-slip material you'd find under an object to keep it from sliding, and maybe that's what it's for. It is an interesting choice of material, and I'd love to know why they chose it. The case and zipper I like, including the pockets inside. It's good for key-related instruction sheets, combination lock information, cross reference sheets if you want to number the keys, etc.The only thing I don't like are the key tags. I think they're a little cheap, and the colors are odd to me. You have to remove the ring to pull the paper and plastic insert out to label it. Then you have to reinsert them, which was a little too tricky for my taste because you have to slide it in a very narrow slit that's difficult to see and line up. I think I'll have to load this case up over time to avoid frustration and going cross eyed. It's decent, just some room for improvement in my opinion.

Oh wow, this is a game changer.
In my office, we've got a jar full of keys. Some of them are unlabelled and only a handful of people know what they go to. Some of them are labeled with weird keychains that are all tangled up.This is really of value for us as it gives us a concrete place to keep our keys without having to install a special piece of furniture on the wall. We can just put the key binder in a secure room and pull it out when we need something.Cons:The cover of this case feels sticky. It's NOT sticky, but it FEELS sticky. There's something about the fireproofing or waterproofing that makes the exterior feel a little odd, but doesn't leave anything on your hands. This isn't a dealbreaker, just something to get used to.The selection of colors doesn't match the row count like in the picture. When I took the initial survey today, it came out that there's a full row plus two red tags (for example). This also isn't a serious problem just something to know.Pros:I think the idea of this key binder is really a wonderful solution to the problem a lot of organizations have of needing to keep keys secure, clearly identified, and organized enough to let you find what you're looking for in a hurry if needed. The two flaps that cover each selection of keys leave ample room to add paperwork, like a directory of what keys go to what, alarm passwords, or something similar. The zippers are small but connect with an overlapping loop that would work with a small combo lock (like a luggage lock). The security problem is that you can pick the whole thing up and run with it. BUT because it's mobile you can use it where you need it and put it in a safe place (or even a safe) when you don't.I'm really excited about this solution to our key problem. Highly recommend.

One of the best key organizer case by far...
The fireproof and waterproof 54 key organizer had proven to be an indispensable tool for my business. The durable construction of the instills confidence that my keys are protected from unforeseen accidents, such as water damage or fire hazards. The standout features for me is the thoughtful organization within the case. The interior pockets are perfectly designed to accommodate various items, and I particularly appreciate the option to place a notepad in the middle pockets. This addition allows me to keep essentials tools for note-taking right alongside the keys, eliminating the need for carrying an additional notebook.I recommend this key organizer to those seeking a reliable and efficient solution for their key management needs.

Great key organizer, but unable to verify fireproof claims
This is a great binder for organizing a ton of keys, and has pockets and folders for holding other papers, documents, etc. You can lock the zippers with a luggage-style zipper lock for extra security. The outer covering is much shinier than it looks in the pictures.Supposedly the album is fireproof up to 2000 degrees but the item didn't come with any verification of that fact so you'll just have to trust them, which is why I docked a star. For a set of backup keys that's fine, but I wouldn't put any mission-critical or irreplaceable keys in here and feel 100% confident they would survive a fire.
