Great bench for flat and incline positions.Assembly:This was very easy other than one particular part where you need to align a hole in the base with a hole in the long bench support and a hole in the short bench support all at the same time. However, I'm fairly certain I still put the whole thing together in an hour or so alone. Than includes removing parts from the box and then looking at the parts laid out with some sense of hesitancy to begin for a few minutes. After I got started, it came together pretty quickly. I used the tools in the box, but you can go quicker if you have your own wrench set. I just didn't want to go out to the car to retrieve mine.Padding:The material covering the padding seems to be of good quality. Not too thin. The pads feel firm and durable. They are supple enough to be comfortable, but they do not have so much give that they will wear thin quickly. The length is great also.Sturdiness:This is a very important point. I've used another "home" bench before, and it was so wobbly that I was worried about using weight that I could easily manage on a "gym" bench. This one has a wide stance for the front and rear portions of the main support, so there is no wobble at all.

When I put together the bench, I thought I had a bent frame because it teetered diagonally. It was also very unstable where the back support goes through the slot for adjustment. I requested a return and the customer service reached out and was very patient with me and asked me to try a couple of adjustments to see if they fixed the issue. They were even willing to give me a refund and let me keep the bench without returning the item if I tried the adjustments and it still didn’t work.The only thing I would change about the bench itself is the space in between the back rest and the butt support. It seems a little big, but I’m probably just used to my old bench. Overall it’s a solid bench!

Ive used this bench for a few weeks now and I can confidently say that I am pleased with this product. This bench is durable and can hit multiple adjustable angles including incline and decline. I was worried that the bench board would be narrow and was pleased to see that the board is plenty wide and the padding is firm. The bench feels solid when I lay on it and easily handles any load I add on. The faux leather will probably wear over time but I put a towel over the padding anyways so it isn't a huge deal. The bench feels solid and not shaky and unstable. For the price I do not think you can beat this value. I highly recommend.

I purchased this incline bench for all its features which created a better bang for my buck. Particular I wanted an incline bench to assist me keep better form with my military press with dumbbells. The bench arrived on time and installed quickly with excellent instructions. Have used the bench twice now and have enjoyed my workouts with it so far. I purchased this as an upgrade from an old bench that came with my weight set. A lot of benches feel like doing step ups or anything on the edge of the bench will break the bench. This feel solid from edge to edge. Im 300lbs and I lift about 300lbs using this bench for bench pressing. It feels solid. This has screws into the board under the padding which made me worried that this would feel like some other benches with particle board that falls apart when used with any real weight but thus far this feels like a rock. The footing for the bench holds really well and doesnt slide too easily like my last bench so I feel comfortable doing things like hip thrusts on this bench. At this price point I feel this is the best value bench I have seen. I highly recommend this.

I have zero complaints. The bench was inexpensive compared to similar benches, it’s durable, well made, and arrived early. It was easy to put together and so far, I’ve had 350 lbs and plus myself (195 pounds) on it, with no problems. Great buy!
