the lids are leakproof because of a silicone ring inserted inside the top of the lid... it's not permanent, will have to keep track of the rings as well as the lids after cleaning. They do work well. Would prefer softer colors, but appreciate the grips/indentations on the lid which facilitate ease of opening.

I wasn't sure I needed these colored canning jar lids, but I had a few odd sized jars around and thought they were really cute. I am glad now that I decided to order them, and when I open my cupboard I don't even have to look at the contents of the jar to know exactly what is in each jar. I will be ordering more of these!

I like the colors. I like the fit. The inner fitting does come out easily as many have said. I would prefer only one size in the pack (but the price was good.)Wish I could get all 8 of regular size lids for this price.

The seal in the lids work well. No leaking. I like the quality. They seem to fit well and are easy to get on and off.

I am using them on mason jars that I already owned where the prior lids, even though they were supposed to be rustproof, they tarnished. These new lids fit perfectly and formed a tight seal so they do not leak. I also think they will be less likely to tarnish with time compared to the metal lids, especially if I have something pickled or acidic in the mason jar which might react with the metal. Very happy with my purchase.

I haven't had any leaking issues yet, but I did notice when securing the lid, it seems like i have to turn it pretty hard to get a snug fit with no wiggling. Also, I forgot about a mason jar with oatmilk in my work lunchbag for a week. I had to throw away the lid because the mold permeated the plastic and couldn't be scrubbed away.

These are cheerful to use and EASY to open due to the indents on the side, helps w/ hand issues and they clean up. I would buy again if I need more.
