I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

Build quality is good on these, bought for my mechanic father. Fit nicely together, fold up easily, and for the price they function as they should. Nice to have some angled and flat as you run into some clearance angle issues with valves (depending on what you're fixing). Readability is there, but after a few rounds with greasy hands, I'm sure that it won't be as easy. I would buy again though, for the price, they are worth having in your box, even if you only do a valve adjustment every once in a blue moon.

Great price, good feeler gauges. The bent gauges lack the smaller thicknesses (did not have 0.030"), but I was able to use the thicker bundle of flat gauges for that.

Easy to use, and clearly marked. All the gauges are within a few tenths of a thousandth.

Good asset to have as a mechanic. Good quality.
