I have been taking this herbal mix for a couple of years. While I cannot be completely certain (without a double blind test), I believe it has helped me maintain my blood sugar levels at a good place (based on the results of recent bloodwork), and has therefore supported my overall health.

I LOVE Gaia products but this formula didn't seem to help my blood Glucose.

I had been buying this product at a local health store for about $49.00 per bottle. I bought 3 bottles on Amazon for $18.00 each!I have been a diabetic since 2004 and tried many remedies. This product has bitter melon in a liquid form (you would not want to eat this type of melon) and fengu seed. In India, the bitter melon is the number one remedy for diabetis and it is a natural remedy. I take two pills daily and my sugar is now excellent. I do still take my medications as directed by my doctor but this pill insures that my medications are as effective as possible. If I find my sugar getting a little higher during the day, I just take one of these pills and I am back in line and I have done it with a natural solution. The Gaia company has an excellent reputation for producing a quality product. I have been so happy having found not only this product but Amazon as a better source for purchasing it.

The Glycemic Support began working quickly for me. I was experiencing annoying sweating, which my doctor said was not hot flashes! She explained that my blood sugar was too sporadic fespute my AIC and fasting glucose nbers bring within normal range. She did taking this product would potentially improve my numbers. The sweating has subsided and I hope my next set of labs show a difference also.

This product is fantastic! The downside is that it must be hard to get because our regular Amazon shipments do not always ship on time and sometimes they cancel entirely. This is pretty frustrating when my husband needs to take this on a regular basis. So, I've shopped around and have found another site to order from whenever Amazon delays shipping or cancels the standard monthly shipment. (which they have done twice over the past year.)Gaia herbs makes wonderful products, the herbs work is synergistic and produces noticeable results. Really, this product is wonderful and I strongly recommend it for anyone with blood sugar issues. It has kept my type 2 diabetic husband off of medications, and his doctors feel as long as he continues to keep his blood sugar normal, and is tested regularly - they are not concerned about his initial diagnosis. Product gets 5 stars, not pleased with supplier.

Love these manufacturers stopped making them will have to see if they still work immediately brings sugar down safe and gave me better results than metformin ever did hope nothing changed

Found this product cheaper on here than the other site I used to purchase it from. My fiancee is diabetic, and he uses this to help control his blood sugar (he was on medicine from the doctor, but it was wrecking havoc on his body). No side effects with this and seems to do the job. We like that it's herbal and not synthetic.

I have been taking these for over a month and has helped me keep my sugar level down. No bad after taste and seems to really help. Just wished that these didn't cost so much.
