I got this loaf pan because I wanted a set for baking sandwich bread and smaller loaves, and overall it’s been a great addition to my kitchen. I love how the set comes with one full-size and one mini pan—both with lids that help shape perfect loaves. The non-stick coating makes it pretty easy to get the bread out without tearing, though it does still get stuck sometimes, so I recommend using parchment. The corrugated design gives a nice crust and even bake thanks to its vented bottom. The two sizes give flexibility, and that the pans heat up quickly and consistently. Its a good shape and overall design, easy to clean, and just exactly as described. Overall amazing loaf pans-especially for the price.

They are sturdy and well made, the lids slide on and off easily, and the two different sizes are perfect. They are easy to clean and take just a second to wipe dry. My loaves and cakes pull out of them very easily without tearing as well. Overall very happy with this product.

Great addition for the baking tools, they are in the smaller size but great option , the loaf doesn't stick to it, gives a nice distribution of hear so the bread is cooked evenly, the color tends to stain and fade that would be my only complaint

Who’d thought that they could perfect a bread pan. My loaves don’t over rise anymore and brown to perfection.

The pans are two different sizes. Made white bread dough for a 2 pound loaf and sectioned off 1/3 of the dough for the smaller pan. I used the remaining 2/3 of the dough in the larger pan. Baked my bread according to my recipe instruction inside the pans with the lids on and they came out perfect. The pans were easy to clean. I did butter my loaf pans and the bread slid right out! Love this product and was impressed with the color on the bake. Definitely worth the price ( and then some! )

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This works so well for making sandwich loaves. My only issue is that some of the coloring is come off. Ease of cleaning: Very easy to clean. Bakeability: Even bake with no stick-age

I didn't read the description carefully and didn't realize I was getting a l-lb loaf pan and a half-pound mini loaf pan. The value is great, quality is great, so I'll order a second set. My recipe will make two 1-lb loaves or one 1-lb loaf + 2 mini loaves of sourdough bread. For anyone wondering, these pans allow you to make a sourdough loaf that is great for sandwiches or French toast. The dough rises in the oven to fill the pan, so that its finished shape is the same as the loaf pan. It is not particularly crusty. The dough is the same recipe I use to make a big round beautiful crusty sourdough loaf. The crusty bread uses a heated dutch oven and a very hot oven (425), and the sandwich bread uses these pans at a lower oven temperature (375) . The last rise is done in the pan for the loaf style and mostly n the fridge for the round loaves. I'm sure there are many ways to get great results with sourdough, but this is one way.
