Toddler Girls DC Superhero Girls Batgirl Tutu Dress with Cape (2T)

I love this! My 2yo also loves it. It seems like decent quality, and it's easy to get on and off. It is also a decent length (not a mini-skirt). I wish that it would have had an image of the back. The cape is plain, with no bat symbol on it.

I don't think I have ever seen my niece in a more adorable outfit.
