Stick with it and try!
I’ve been taking the recommended amount of 3x daily and I’m approaching the end of week 2 right now. The instructions on the box say to take twice daily after taking it 3x daily for the first two weeks. I have noticed an improvement in my need to go pee. I used to go (very rough estimate) about 20X a day (maybe once per hour and more frequently right before bed). Now I go once every 2-3 hours, about 10X a day. I’m excited because it’s only been 2 weeks since taking it and hoping to see even more improvement with continued use. The only downside is remembering to take 2/3 pills daily is kind of hard, but way better than going all the time. I’m very happy with this product. Sadly it seems like other people have bladder problems that are probably different than mine, which is probably why it’s varying person to person.. just a guess though.

Helpful for Guys Too
My husband has trouble with overactive bladder, so he decided to try these. He has actually had quite a bit of success with these. They help him with the urgency and frequency, and when he does have to go, he is able to get to the restroom in time. He continues to request that I buy them for him, and I'm just happy that he has found something that helps without having to add another rx.

Great Product for us "Old Folks!"
This stuff really works to stop "leaks," if you do the month-long "treatment" as directed on the bottle. The effect doesn't last forever, so you have to repeat it every 3 months or so, but it's safer than the prescription products for this problem, with ZERO side effects that I've ever observed.

Bladder control
This is my second bottle & So far I have seen very little change. I will try a 3rd bottle to see if there is more improvement.

It's actually working
I have IC & bladder pain with overactive bladder chronic uti this stuff has helped me stop going so much and I use d-manose as well I haven't had horrible issues in 3 weeks so far.

I can sleep through the night again!
They really work --- I used to get up at least 4-5 times per night (on a good night!), but this has allowed me to sleep through the night. The directions say to take 3 per day for 2 weeks and then scale back to 2. I've found I have to take 3 to maintain the right balance, so I just take one at every meal to make it easy.
