This extension pole is much lighter than others I’ve used, and that’s a big win for me as someone who paints regularly. When you’re doing ceilings or high walls, the weight really matters. This one reduces arm strain and makes long painting sessions way more manageable. The grip feels comfortable and it stays sturdy even when fully extended.

This thing is sturdy and lightweight. Helps so much for painting! No more ladders

Works great, opens and closes smoothly, feels high quality and solid. I wish it had just one more extension to be a bit longer, but totally worth the price.

Sturdy with comfortable cushioned grip. Easy to adjust to different lengths.

I’m a diy painter who has used a fair number of professional roller extensions, and was looking for a new short one. This is fitting the bill pretty well so far. At $14 it’s definitely not as good as a $40 Wooster Shurlock, but for light diy/homeowner use it’s fine. The locks are pretty tight, the aluminum pole is stiff and doesn’t slip or flex, and it’s overall pretty good. The foam at the base of the pole is kind of ridiculously soft and oversized, but tolerable. The locks are plastic and use a lot of pressure to press the brake down, so I can’t imagine they’re going to last under heavy use. But for occasional, light use? Sure! I’m throwing away my annoying, wobbly old pole and keeping this one.
