Good, cheap product to train yourself
Good product, not sure why some people say it last for 1 night. I've been wearing one for over 3 weeks now. I clean it with toothpaste & toothbrush after each night. Some people state that it doesn't fit, it comes off theirs teeth - yes it is not fit perfectly, however, if I can suggest to wear it just before you are ready to sleep, stop moving your toung, relax and try to open your jaw without opening your mouth. After a week I've learned to sleep like this, no more jaw clenching, however, I am still wearing it till I am fully independent. Try it may work for you too. I remove it in the morning, clean it and re- use at night again. Still on my first one, still great condition, it's more about to train yourself to try to sleep with your jaw open ( not a mouth). Good luck 👍😊

Do the job but aren’t totally secure.
Really good. Only bought them until I got my permanent mouth guard though. Not sure I could use them all the time as they move around in the mouth quite a lot.

helpful, comfortable
Felt comfortable, but wanted to rinse in boiling water after each use, which of course damaged it slightly. They did help with jaw ache.

These help where the others don’t!
I thought choking hazard when I first tried them. But no I love these. They are the first one I’ve found that lessened the impact of my molars chewing up the sides of my tongue. None of the moulded ones work for me because they don’t cover the molars.I wish these were a bit thicker to create a better protective cushion. I don’t think they are a choking risk because your top lip holds them in place right at the top of the gum.

ONLY if you have a VERY LARGE set of teeth - otherwise choke hazard
Put this in my mouth and could tell straight away, because it was so incredibly loose, that it is a choking hazard. Went straight away into the rubbish bin.You need to know if you have a large set of teeth (large structure) before ordering. I'm on the smaller side, but it was so big that I could tell that even a normal structure of teeth would be too small for the device. Probably not meant for the average sized woman without a wide jaw.BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY.

Rubbish
Uncomfortable and cumbersome. Not recommended if you have a smaller mouth as they slide around.

Really helpful.
After wearing just once I can say it certainly helps against my night grinding, it is very comfortable to wear, even if a bit loosely fitting.I already recommended it to a friend.

Best mouth guards for small mouth
I got 2 mouth guards made specially for me by my dentist and was very unhappy because of the lack of confort. I have not been able to use them.I looked for an alternative and decided to give a go to those disposable mouth guards and am more than happy cause they are efficient not bulky and hygienic.I recommend to people that do not enjoy bulky guards!
