Q: How do you put it on the dog? i’ve got the correct length but i can’t wrap it around her body. it’s too loose. she will break her neck.

Put the dogs head through the thick part with the toggle at the top. The long piece which hangs at the front needs to go between her front legs and should reach between her back legs.hold this in place by attaching the velcro. Then wrap the other piece up towards her shoulders & feed the velcro through the loop to secure. There is another sma strip of velcro to join the towel under the tail

You tighten it up on their back with the Velcro going through the hoop

L which is the next size up which I have for my 35 kg Labrador.

From the shoulder of the robe (ie at the bottom of the neck roll) to the end of the dog’s back (ie just before the base of tail) is about 68cm but the full length of the robe from top of neck right down to the end of the fabric where it starts to circle dog’s tail with Velcro, it measures about 87cm. My 2yr male labrador is tall (working type) and weighs 30kg and it fits him fine with plenty of room to spare. I hope this helps.
