This is a fine ice and frost scraper. The padded handle is of medium length, easy to handle, sufficient reach and you can apply some pressure without being annoying long. The scraper edge is flat, straight and sharply angled to be effective in removing ice and frost. The plastic is strong and seems very sturdy but is not brittle as with some cheap scrapers that soon chip and break.

I used this to scrape heavy frost and bumpy ice, and it worked fine. Unfortunately, it broke the second time I used it, because I used it to pry up my frozen-on windshield wipers. This is part of normal usage for me, so giving it 3 stars. It is a little thin. If you don't include this in your normal usage, it might be fine for you.

I live in Texas, so honestly this isn't an item I would think I need. However, every once in a while winters do get pretty cold and I end up seeing a thin sheet of ice form on my windshield. In a pinch and not waiting for my defroster to heat up, this is a good scraper. Since the ice is thin it doesn't have any problem scraping it away. As advertised, it works better than a credit card.It does feel cheap, however. Plastic isn't very high quality and I feel like the handle isn't going to last very long.

Ive used other scrapers where the edge is rough, and thus never is able to clean off the windshield very well, these is a really clean edge, with a nice handle overall, small, compact, and good. Thats all you need

This was a bit smaller and more flexible than I expected. The small size is not really a problem since it gives you more control (but also takes a bit longer to scrape an area). But the flex is a bit troubling since it feels like it may eventually snap in half when I am scraping heavy ice. I live in northern New England and we get alot of snow and ice and it can be pretty heavy -- I am concerned it will hold up and be there when I need it so I feel I will have to have some other backup device to go along with this in case it snaps. On the positive size, the edge is nice and flat and it should remove ice well. The foam handle is more comfortable and soft than a hard plastic handle. I notice that the price has now dropped below $5 whereas it was $7 when I ordered it so perhaps it is more reasonably priced now. This may be a good option for someone further south where the ice tends to be lighter and less common.

The media could not be loaded.  The only minor drawback that I can really pick on here is the fact that it’s made out of the phone that I really can’t trust. It feels like the same kind of foam that I have felt before which is falling apart on me. I can’t imagine exactly where that was, maybe some cheap handle on something else but it does have a cheap kind of feel to it. I’m afraid that if it gets weather worn or just stays in a hot vehicle a little too long and it’s gonna start to disintegrate.Otherwise, it looks pretty sturdy and actually like the length of it because it feels more handheld and something that’s long you have to reach across your windshield too far that you can’t get a leverage on it.

This is a pretty standard scraper. Just plastic, with a cushioned foam handle. I won't leave this is the sun, because the foam will dry out. But it's a decent quality scraper.
