Chetak Premium 2024 by Bajaj Auto High Speed Electric Scooter Brooklyn Black with On-board Charger Ex-Showroom

Wow. I got the chetak. Scooter very sturdy and strong. Metal body give a great confidence and pleasure to ride. Value for the money. It fits my requirement.

I bought a Bajaj Chetak Premium 2024 in March 2024 on Amazon. While promised home delivery, they required showroom pickup due to high volumes.Day Two Issues:Within 24 hours and 30 km of riding, the scooter wouldn't start after a full charge. The sales team refused help, directing me to the insurance company for pickup, despite it being a brand new vehicle. The service center also refused assistance, claiming their responsibility was only transporting the vehicle. They lacked basic information like Bajaj service center details, requiring me to find it myself. After dropping it off, I received no confirmation and had to call for verification hours later.TecPac Confusion and Hidden Costs:Customers pay for hardware like Bluetooth, extra keys, 5-inch TFT display, and indicators, but these become unusable without the TecPac subscription. Bajaj charges for software upgrades at every service, yet features like extra keys and Bluetooth remain locked without TecPac.Maintenance Costs and Limited Service Centers:Scheduled maintenance for warranty includes washing, brake checks, light checks, and software upgrades. Costs increase progressively:1st Service: Rs. 4502nd & 3rd Service: Rs. 750After 3rd Service: Rs. 800Ahmedabad only has two service centers with limited facilities. A single service with cab charges can reach Rs. 1300.Limited Insurance Pickup and Drop:Free pickup and drop is only for the first year. After that, it costs Rs. 50 per km, with limited service centers (only 2 in Ahmedabad and 6 in Mumbai).If the service center is more than 50 km away, you incur additional charges. This scooter can potentially break down anywhere, leaving you stranded.Range and Sales Team Issues:Real-world range: 100-105 km (single rider, Eco Mode), 90-95 km (two riders, Eco Mode).The sales team lacked knowledge about features and misled me regarding TecPack functionality.Cost Breakdown:Without TecPack: Rs. 1,58,000With TecPack: Rs. 1,68,000Observations from Service Center Visit:Overcrowded environment.Service personnel lacked time for even lunch breaks.Customers expressed frustration with repeated technical issues, pickup and drop charges, and long wait times for parts (over 15-20 days for repairs).

मेने बजाज चेतक प्रीमियम अमेज़ॉन से आर्डर कियाथा डिस्काउंट भी ज्यादामिला और डिलीवरी अहमदाबाद खोखरा ब्रांच से हुयी, खोखरा ब्रांच में कोलिटी चेक नाम कोई कोई चीज़ नहीं थी गाड़ी वैसे ही दे दी काफी पुर्जे उसके लूज़ थे एक्सिलरी बैटरी का कैप खुला हुआ था सॉकेट बहार की और लटक रहा था, साइड स्टैंड का पेमेंट था पर वो भी नहीं आया था , चेतक में बार बार रेड सिंबल एरर आ के गाड़ी बंध हो जाती हे, मजबूती हे पर डेलिवरी के टाइम पे चेतक चेक नहीं किया जाता है(मेरी चेतक डिलेवरी में ) दूसरे दिन कंप्लेंट करने से सभी प्रॉब्लम का सॉल्व किया गया था ।चेतक अच्छी लगी टिकाऊ हे पर बैटरी ज्यादा ख़ाति हे , पूरा चार्ज करने पर 110 की रेंज दिखती हे।

बजाज कंपनी का कहना है कि 100% चार्जिंग में 117 किलोमीटर चलती है लेकिन यह केवल 86 किलोमीटर ही चलती है।961-879=82Zero tak Karo to82+4=86इतने बड़े झूठ की उम्मीद आप लोगों से नहीं थी ।

Best EV Scooter in compared to others EV. Very smoothly drive with 118 to 120 KM in premium model. Good part is it is full metal body ang heavy weight also. Excellent performance ,Range and Value for money.

The worst experience I have had after buying this scooter. I received a body defected product, the first of it drive and the scooter stopped mid way. It went for serving and came after a week or so and after using for 3 days the same problem occurred twice. The scooter had already traveled 87km the day I received it.
