PUT YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD.....
......and buy this excellent Jigsaw Puzzle, from an original drawing by renowned Dutch cartoonist Jan Van Haasteren and you will have hours of pleasure assembling an amazing and funny parody on the graceful or not so graceful pursuit of Ballroom Dancing.A Japanese Proverb that espouses "We're all fools whether we dance or not, so we might as well dance", might have well been the inspiration behind this 'chaotic' cartoon with a multitude of people in hilarious stages of 'tripping the light fantastic'. Dancing is the art of getting your feet out of the way before your partner can step on them, but it is quite obvious that many of Jan Van Haasteren's characters do not possess this dexterity and have extremely sore feet!Certainly the mayhem and chaos portrayed in this puzzle is in direct contrast to the image of svelte sophistication and elegance that has dominated our weekend television viewing recently in "Strictly Come Dancing". "Nice To See You, To See You Nice!"Highly recommended for those that prefer 'activity puzzles with much energy and colour' to static scenes with lots of buildings, landscape, sky and the like.

We Love this Puzzle!
This Puzzle is Fab for the whole family! We have a 6 & 4 year old, both of whom enjoyed helping with this puzzle while we were away in Wales for a Rainy weekend! They could find pieces as each piece had something happening, lots to make them giggle about as the style & humour appeals to both adults & children. The pieces are fairly robust & not flimsy like others on the market! We managed to finish in a couple of evenings & the odd hour between swimming marathons & don't do many puzzles in our spare time, but we will buy these again! Its now circulating friends and family...... fab!

Funny, challenging and entertaining!
I've never understood the concept of the boring jigsaw puzzle with masses of ocean, trees or grass; especially when you can have something like this. This jigsaw is sure to provide hours of entertainment during a rainy weekend and is suitable for the whole family to join in (providing you can compromise on who completes which part)."The Zoo" is one of the best in the range, in my opinion, as there is so much going on. Great fun!

Doable but not too easy
As with all the puzzles by this creator, well made and very witty - containing many familiar elements (such as the shark, the bishop, the octopus ... etc).

Poor quality!
Have bought umpteen of this particular brand of puzzle over the years and always been completely satisfied with them. Whilst the quality of the graphics was good as usual, the actual quality of the puzzle itself was very poor. When I opened it, great chunks of the puzzle were still joined together and a very large number of pieces had not been cut out properly, so that there were bits of cardboard where the gaps should be, making it harder to fit the puzzle pieces. I have kept all my previous Jan Van Haasteren puzzles to do again, but this one went straight to the charity shop.

Jan van Haasteren - The Park (1000 pieces)
If you are wanting an entertaining puzzle to share with you mother & your eight year old, then this artist is to be truly recommended. Also - if you are bored of landscapes with a plethera of a singular colour look no further!- 'Where's Walley meets the 1000 piece puzzle, relatively easy, with lots of dry humour! - I've just bought my third puzzle by this artist, and can't recommend highly enough.
