I have incontinence requiring a diaper 24/7. I use Abena M4 Comfort the majority of the time. They work great, but can get hot when I'm active and the padding can bunch. I was looking for a diaper with similar absorbency, but was more breathable, preferrably with stretchy sides to allow more comfort when I move. This is a new product from Abena that looked like it would meet all my needs and I was excited to wear them. They have the same M4 absorbency rating as the Abena Comfort M4, but the pad is thinner and trimmer. Instead of hourglass shaped padding that extends into the wings like the Abena Comfort, these have a rectangular shaped pad that does not wrap around the hips. The pad is also narrower between the legs. The wings are thin and breathable with an elastic insert that allows the diaper to flex and move with me when I am active. This helps the diaper hug my body and prevents it from sagging. The tapes also have some stretch to them and stay in place well. They do not come loose over time. They have leakguards and a narrow elastic rear waistband. They feel very comfortable to wear and disappear under pants. The absorbency is excellent. They can absorb 3 large wettings with ease and the urine is wicked through the padding from front to back. I did not have any leaks and I'm able to wear them 4-5 hours before needing to change. They do swell as you use them, but are still discrete even when they reach capacity. They feel dry within minutes of urinating in them and my skin has been dry when I change them. Two negatives: 1) The wings can rip where they connect to the rear of the diaper if you pull too hard at the wrong angle when you are diapering yourself. I have not had the wings rip when I've been wearing them though. 2) As with all cloth backed/breathable diapers, you do notice more urine odor when they have been used. Aside from those two negatives, this is an excellent adult diaper for those who have heavy urinary incontinence and are active rather than bedbound.

First this is not as absorbant as L4. Second fit is tight and more like M4. Third it leaked overnight and day.I have to stand up to get it on properly.

They fit really well and are really absorbent but the tabs sometimes rip of in the day time and rip overnight and the side sometimes rips a bit
