Hands down one of the best tasting powders that I have ever had. It's not gritty, the chocolate flavor is *chef's kiss*. Definitely recommend.

It does have protein concentrate and isolate - but doesn't say the proportion.This might not be the best choice for body building, though seems a good quality supplement for post-workout recovery.

I've been trying a variety of protein powders to find the optium mix of digestability, taste, and cost. This one is near the top of the list. It's low sodium, low sugar, is fairly priced and doesn't upset my stomach.

The vanilla tastes just like vanilla ice cream. It can be made with water or milk. I make it with 1% milk. My daughter loves the chocolate.

It's a god protein powder. However, I found it too sweet. I was adding milk to my drinks, to reduce the sweet taste, but it still tasted too sweet for me

Love it, love it. I can add a scoop to an 8 oz glass of water, mix it with a spoon and have a delicious, thick vanilla shake loaded with protein. Don't have to get out the blender, add other flavors and ingredients and then still have a lumpy not very tasty drink and a blender to wash. This is the best.
