Este producto lo recomiendo apliamente. Lo uso 2 veces por semana y cumple por mucho su función. Recomiendo mucho los productos de esta marca. He comprado Arnes de cuello, Arnes de cintura y son excelentes productos. Felicidades!

Good training tool
Saw this on an Arnie documentary so wanted to give it a go. Good price and works well. Look a bit of a weirdo walking round the weights area at the gym with it on but who cares ay 😂

Cheapest and most effective tool to build bicep /tricep
These things have been around since forever, but are still a cheap and highly effective way to build arm muscle and keep your arms / shoulders stable during weight training.I use a Hoist Fitness Mi7 cable trainer...and doing preacher curls / tricep pushdowns on it doesn't give you the same solid arm placement as using a selectorized machine designed for either of those two exercises, unless you have the DMoose. Using the DMoose locks your arms in place and helps you build bulk fast, while keeping your shoulders immobilized and safe. I had dislocated my right shoulder years ago and have had to deal with pain since. Using free weights or cables is always a challenge on my shoulders, but with the DMoose, my shoulders are constrained and locked into place, allowing me to do my curls /pushdowns in a highly controlled movement.My only peeve is the level of comfort, which could be improved with some slight angulation of the bar ends and a bit more padding on each end, but it's not enough to stop me from using it during my workouts. I'm much better with it than without it! If you're using free weights and cable trainers, this is a must for building arms!
