Not impressive
I purchased the laptop and had it shipped to Kenya, but its condition is disappointing. Part of the top section of the screen appears to be popping out, and the overall physical condition is not great. The skin was not applied carefully, making it look untidy. Returning it back seems costly on my end!

Found Battery totally dead and after update system is not booting
When open the laptop, it was woring, but battery was not charging found totally dead. In the begning, as per procedure update the windows and we did multiple re-start. Finally after completing the update when we shutdown the laptop it was not turn on again,

LAPTOP'S BATTERY IS LITTERALY DEAD WITHIN 45 DAYS
I bought a laptop in December 2024, and by January 16, 2025, it wouldn't even turn on. I tried charging it for hours, but it would die within 5 to 10 minutes of use.Lesson learned: There are many scammers on Amazon.I fell victim to one, but you can avoid this scam.It's wiser to spend more upfront for a product that lasts rather than opting for a cheaper option that fails quickly.Good luck.

Kept getting the blue screen
While doing the setup, I kept getting the blue screen. For me, this flags an issue with the memory or other hardware deficits, given that I am working on a device that has Windows only and I am just going through updates.
