I absolutely loved the book-themed scratch-off posters that I had previously ordered from SolartUSA, and I quickly found myself wanting more. Being a big movie geek, I was thrilled to find out that they make a movie version of this very cool poster. This is an absolute must-have for anyone that appreciates movies. Whether you're a huge movie buff like me or just catch an occasional showing when you have some free time, you're going to recognize the iconic names and covers of the films listed here and it's extremely cool to see them in this scratch-off format. I'm having trouble determining whether or not I want to keep the gold look or start scratching some choice films to see what lies beneath, but I know that either way I'll be happy to have this on my wall next to my dvd collection. A few favorites as far as looks go are Back to the Future, The Dark Knight, Empire Strikes Back, Fight Club... I need to stop or I'll just list all of them!As I've come to expect from SolartUSA, the packaging was done so well to the point that it's actually worth mentioning here. I've never seen a poster shipped so carefully. All of the gold scratch-able areas are intact and perfectly uniform, which I appreciate for display. No little nicks or anything. Seriously, pick this up if you're a movie fan. It's worth it!

This was really awesome. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is a small misprint. The title for the Matrix is actually printed on top of the cover for Girl Interrupted. Third row bottom at the end of the row. You scratch off a red pill and blue pill but there is no title unless you move 3 spaces to the left and its under the scratch off.

There is a giant black and white swastica in the dead center of the poster. It was an unwelcome surprise to scratch off shinlers list to find a symbol of hate that can be seen from across the room long before you are close enough to see it was relevant to a movie. It’s not the only one either and there is another in the bottom left corner. I covered them in black tape but still felt uncomfortable having it on my wall, so I have removed it and thrown it away.

We enjoy watching movies in our home, so anything movie related is exciting for us! This beautiful scratch-off movie poster has made a perfect addition on the wall of our movie room. Aesthetically, it is beautiful and I love having it as part of my room décor. It is going to be fun to scratch these movie titles off as a family. And when we don’t know what we want to watch, we can pick something from the poster. The part that you scratch-off reveals a picture related to the movie. Absolutely wonderful idea. I would recommend this bucket list movie poster for any movie lover you know!

This poster has a really good selection for the included movies and is a perfect decor item for movie fans looking for a good visual list. The gold is indeed easy and smooth to scratch off. I haven't scratched them all yet, but I have no doubt the remaining ones will be just as easy. I definitely recommend it for anyone interested in this type of decor for their walls. I have mine up in the bedroom already alongside my top 100 novels scratch-off poster, and it ends up looking quite nice regardless of whether the titles are scratched off or not.

So, I bought this gift for my spouse for Christmas because we are big movie buffs. I imagine that would be the key demographic for a gift like this. I picked this one over others because I liked the minimalistic art. However, two of the movies have a strange poster choice. 1. Back to the future, the poster says back to the future .com. Hmm. 2. My Fair Lady, they clearly picked a poster from Breakfast at Tiffanys. Sure, these are two really small details and I may be nitpicking here, but they stuck out like sore thumbs to me and my spouse. If you aren't (or the person you are gifting this to isn't) a huge movie buff, you could probably look past these small mistakes!

I relied on reviews to choose this poster over others that are similar, so I wanted to contribute my review as well. It is quite a sturdy material, not a typical paper poster. The gold scratch-off material had pretty good coverage & came off fully when my son scratched where he wanted & it revealed the rest of the movie icon beneath it. The only drawback would be that a couple of the movie logos are obviously not the real trademarked ones, as noticed when we looked closely at Back to the Future, where the logo included ".com" after the movie title. But it's not very noticeable and we are still enjoying the poster in general. Ours arrived in good condition & was protected in a sturdy poster tube.

Bought this for my bf for Xmas and we both love it as were movie fanatics. We loved the scratch off elements that are unique to each movie - make sure to scratch off on a hard surface. Seems to be high quality although it’s been over a month and we haven’t gotten it to lay flat yet and it’s a weird poster size but we still love it. Some of the movies are weird ones we haven’t heard of but we’ve been having a great time watching classics together!
