The remote control is simple to use and my son had no trouble figuring out how to fly it.The helicopter itself is durable and well-made, which is great because my son tends to be a bit rough with his toys. It has held up well to his play and has not shown any signs of wear or damage. The battery life is also decent, providing plenty of flight time before needing to recharge.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend the x13 rc helicopter for any child who loves playing with remote control toys. It is a great toy that provides hours of entertainment and fun for kids of all ages.

Update... I had a unit that wouldn't fly forwards. The seller graciously refunded the cost AND sent a replacement out that actually works. They provide EXCELLENT SUPPORT for their products. I revamped my review score to reflect the outstanding service. I wish all sellers were like this.Now that I have a functional unit, I can say it's very simple to fly, land, and is very durable. They even give an extra set of propellers if they break. And mine has flown up against buildings and landed hard in the grass without the propellers breaking. It's a neat little helicopter and it's not that small... roughly 12 inches long. Definitely recommend for the price.The only downside are the batteries. While you get 2 batteries, they only run the copter for about 15 minutes each. I asked if there was a bigger battery, but sadly there is not. Again... Definitely recommend this seller because they stand behind their products. A+And if you have ANY problems, don't hesitate to contact them. They go out of their way to make things right.

I have a collection of various copters from over 10 yrs ago. I am lucky I can work and repair. This new one is very very easy to set up and even easier to fly. Just start slow right out of the box and take time to adjust to flying. Once you figure out the remote it’s a breeze. No adjustment needed. Great out of box. It’s very lightweight so don’t try it in the wind.

Helicopter doesn’t work after one use.
