This is a nice addition to the Lego Friends range and was loved by my 6 year old daughter. The set comprises of a little hot dog truck with several accessories and a couple of figures. As expected with Lego the quality is excellent and the set comes with a very good easy to follow instruction book with bagged bricks. The recommended age is 4+ and my 6 year old daughter found it to be one of the easier sets she's put together and she had no trouble building it unaided in a short time so I think the is about right and is definitely for younger builders and probably a good move up from Duplo. The price of £17.99 at the time of review is about what you'd expect to pay for a set of this size as you get quite a few items to build. Highly recommended.

Thi9s set is the perfect transition from Duplo to lego. The bricks are not too small and fiddly, and it's fairly easy to build. Too complex for my 4 year old to do unaided (plus her attention span doesn't allow it) but with the help of an adult this is a good bonding build for adults and children.The fun with this, however, is in the play. A moving truck, buildable hotdogs and a couple of characters to play with, this set entertained my daughter for around half an hour. She has also served me endless amounts of mini hotdogs and glasses of juice- which I have to pay for with the miniature money- apparently much more fun than the figures serving each other.The set is well made, fun, bright colours to capture the attention of little ones and lots of accessories to explore. Highly recommended

My daughter is obsessed with Lego so was instantly over the moon when she saw this new Lego set, especially as it reminded her of the hotdog stand we go to at a certain lego theme park.The set is aimed at anyone who is age 4+ which I think is accurate for the difficulty of the set. My daughter is 5 and was able to follow the instructions to build it by herself with me sat next to her. Included in the set is the truck itself, 2 mini-figures, a mini-figure cat, a pan, till, oven, fridge and hot dogs, all of which she’s had fun playing with since she’s built it.Overall she was really enjoyed building this set, it kept her entertained for hours and she still plays with it imagining different Lego mini-figures need to visit the food truck for lunch or dinner while on their separate missions. As a parent I’m pleased we got it and would happily recommend it.
