Disappointing
Did not work properly. Sometimes it would work sometimes it wouldn't no matter how hard it was pressed. Obviously, dog training requires consistency and this product is anything but consistent. We are going to get a non-mechanical/electric bell to replace . . . sometimes "old school" makes more sense than a fancy product you can't rely on.

Love it but my dog is Stubborn
I love this product but you have to realize it is the dog that will use it and if yours is stubborn or has their own mind it maybe extra work to get them to use it. Once in a while Rocky will hit it and it will stick so I have to hit it myself to turn it off. It is a great product and it makes it better than hearing them whine to go out.

Success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased this doorbell for my 1 1/2 old English Setter and it took me FOUR times to show her how it worked. She caught on so fast and uses it all the time. I have one by both doors to the backyard and one outside to come in. Everyone who comes over thinks this is so cute. This is the best purchase I made in a long time.

Delivered damaged and opened
This item was ordered new. The item was delivered opened (not the delivery box but the box inside), it appeared used. The doorbell was broken. I would not recommend this product.

Doggy Door bell - Great Idea if product would work
Rec'd item non-functional. Engineer husband had to take apart and noticed that it was not assembled correctly. Metal part where battery touches was put in upside down. Next issue-dog steps on it (she figured it out right away-"Press the paw") and it either does not work or worse--gets stuck in the on position so meowing or barking goes non-stop until you press several times to "un-stick" it. So it is now useless. Great idea--bad design. I would love it if it worked.

DON'T BUY IT !!!!!
This is the worst product ever. I would have rated it as a "0" if i could. We purchased this product and it would not work corretly out of the box. We sent it back and received another. This time there was a seperate issue. Returned and recieved another, and behold, we were right back to the original product. This is junk and i would not waste my money on it.

it broke after we had it for a week and it was not used that often
