Need to work on your definition of large because this certainly isn't it!! Same size as standard cotton balls.

I do really like these but you need to be careful with them. While most buds have a plastic core which has flex, these have a wooden core. They ultimately feel more study, but have more capacity to inflict injury if you're not careful. Good though and of decent quality.
