The package arrived on time and although it didn't come in the original box, the box was really good, well identified as an HP refurbished product and properly sealed.The overall packaging was really good, almost like opening a brand new laptop. The laptop condition was excellent, almost pristine condition (like new) except for a very small, almost not perceptible scratch in one of the inner hinges (It would probably be left unnoticed by most people). In the bottom of the laptop there was a sticker that identified the product as HP refurbished product.The laptop specs were correct (i7 8th gen, 16 GB RAM, 512 SSD) it also came with a pen, and everything was working as expected (camera, IR sensors, fingerprint reader, screen, keyboard, etc)In case you are planning on install Linux on it, it will run just 'ok'. The touch screen support is still hit & miss in Ubuntu. Other distros work better with the touch screen but the fingerprint reader is not recognized and most linux distros do not support face unlock feature with the IR sensor (so, no windows hello like feature in Linux afaik). On windows everything works perfect.

Got the package and tested.Everything was great. Except the fingerprint reader was missing !It seem to be defective from refurbish agent.Please contact by my email ASAP !

I like how light this laptop is, but it runs warm if sitting in your lap.It's fast and responsive. The keys feel natural with a slight give and quick return. The touch-pad is sensitive and requires some getting used to.This was a refurbished laptop and some issues are to be expected. The bottom panel has a bit of gap between it and the body of the laptop.Hasn't impacted how the laptop functions, but could be an entry point for dust, water, etc at some time in the future.

I have used HP Compaq around 2008, the model is V3704 and the Nvida Graphic card is broken because of bad design and overheat.Then I have changed my laptop to Thinkpad, Lenovo，ASUS，Acer，Toshiba，Apple...This is my 2nd HP laptop. What I feel satisfied is the design of laptop. It's slim and full of arts of technology.Pros: 1. X360 has 2 tb3, 1 USB type A and TF card reader, which is better than MacBook Pro；2. Stylus works well and could be one selling point compared with DELL XPS13;3. PCIE SDD is faster than SATA.Cons: 1. Position of volume control key and fingerprint sensor is at the right side, not convenient；2. Fans makes noise, and sometimes you can hear harsh sound of current；3. Screen is just OK, maybe 100% AdobeRGB could be better.

I've only had it for a couple of days, bought if refurbished from Mobile Advance. The laptop looks absolutely new, no dents or scratches that I can see. Took a while to updated it once I turned it on, but everything was automatic and works flawlessly. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because it only came with the pen, not with the sleeve and the usb-c to hdmi adapter that comes in the box, so I spent almost 70 bucks extra to buy those. I'd recommend buying from them, as long as you are prepared to spend a little more on accessories.Edit: Just getting used to the review system. The Item deserves 5-stars, the seller should include the accessories or advertise that they are not included, so I gave feedback to the seller.

I purchased this computer for my daughter for her first year at college. I thought a refurbished computer would be a good way to go - I couldn't have been more wrong. The warranty was only 3 months, but shortly after purchasing a fan died. The vendor was helpful and HP fixed the fan - but the fan died again. So this product is a lemon and I am out $1,000. HP is completely unhelpful in resolving this issue and does not support its customers beyond the 3 month warranty. The seller, while it helped initially with the problem, does not stand by HP's products and would not assist me in resolving this as well. I will not use this seller again.
