Great replacement part
This part was easy to install when I needed a replacement for my Broan 655 fan/light/heater unit.

Kind of pricy, but it was a 5 min install and worked perfect
Pretty much that. Both my heater and exhaust died. Cost to replace both assemblies was the same as a whole new unit, but replacing just the fans and heater was a super quick job compared to removing and replacing the housing. Knocking the price because I feel it’s a bit high for what this thing is.

Easy to install and so much quieter than old unit
OMG. Took about 20 minutes to take the old heater out and the new one in, a direct replacement. The old unit was very loud, just terribly loud. Can barely hear the new unit, and heats up nicely. So happy I bought the whole unit rather than just the replacement motor.
