The packaging could have been better, but everything else was perfect! It was a gift for someone who got promoted & definitely gave it a meaning gift. The appearance was neat and definitely nice to read and select your own font. The sizing was great! Not to big or to small!

The quality is outstanding; it's sturdy and the etching is clean and elegant. It's a beautiful upgrade from the outdated, ugly brown plaques.
