Very disappointed with this product. The 0.5 - 10mm attachment does not lock in place. While using the trimmer the slightest touch makes it loose and the setting is then nullified. Extremely poor quality and for all of you thinking of buying this model - check if the attachment locks firmly and if there are 4 accessories - I received only 3. Registered a quality complaint with Braun Service since Amazon does not get involved in any warranty issue - no courier collection for 5 days . Braun Service replies that as courier is a third party they cannot control them. Now imagine trying to get the product back if this their speed of working.

Trimming performance is top notch and also it's easy to use & clean but they don't provide foil shaver which was mentioned in the accessories list. And they didn't provide any travel pouch for trimmer.
