We have a new sofa which isn't up against a wall and was sliding backwards on the Amtico floor and scratching it every time we sat down on it. We tried felt pads on the sofa feet but they would come off after a couple of days. These cups are the answer as they protect the floor and the sofa doesn't move out of position in the slightest now.

These do make it very hard to move chairs across the floor, as they don’t really stick to the legs of the chairs. I added a bit of double-sided tape, and that seems to do the trick, as long as you lift the chairs and don’t drag them. We’ve had to replace them multiple times, but other than that, they work perfectly and do exactly as they say. I haven’t seen a single new scratch on the floor. Highly recommend!

Super sticky and non slip...brilliant!

I have tried different sorts of cups on the wheeled front legs but the chair still went back and further back.These are on the thick back legs an the chair hasn't moved a bit since I bought these. Thank you.

Very sturdy, does the job

Look good bit not fit for the castor on our sofa ,the wheels rolled over and off these completely when we tried to move it which defeats the purpose will have to look for a new one , completely not durable for any furniture , I font know what you may use it for , as any weight just rolled off it .it looked good though

They're thick and durable, and fit most furniture legs. There's nothing to keep them on the actual furniture but there is a ridge around the outside that stops you from immediately flopping off.These coasters really grip the floor, so it's definitely skid-proof, but that also means you can't put them on chair legs either because once you're sat on them, you can't move the chair at all, and since it's the chairs that are scratching my flooring, this isn't really useful for me.They'd be good for bed legs but I can't really think of any other furniture that would move enough to scratch your flooring. While they'll definitely protect your wood flooring once in place, you'll also still have to remove them to move your furniture, which is the other main time that your furniture will really leave scratches.They're tough and durable and will absolutely protect your floors (technically), so I'll leave it at four stars.

Ich habe mit diesen praktischen Untersetzern ein jahrelang bestehendes Problem mit meiner Couch gelöst. Der metallene Couchfuß hatte an der Unterseite nur ein dünnes Stück Filz, was sich nach kürzester Zeit löste, wodurch immer wieder hässliche Flecken entstanden. Mit diesen Untersetzern sollte das der Vergangenheit angehören. Qualitativ sind die Gummiteile gut verarbeitet und sie fallen nicht durch unangenehmen chemischen Gummigeruch auf, darauf achte ich immer sehr. Die Verpackung war sehr unspektakulär und zweckmäßig. Ich habe die Größe mit 6.3cm Durchmesser gewählt, was nahezu perfekt für den 6cm Fuß der Couch passt.Ich kann diese Untersetzer aus meiner Erfahrung absolut empfehlen.

So the product description is a bit confusing because multiple different packs are sold. They have some with sliding coasters, some with non-slip caster cups, and some with both. Just make sure you select the right one. I thought I would be getting furniture coasters that help furniture slide (helpful for cleaning underneath big furniture so it can be moved aside) and instead got the non-slip rubber cups-that was MY error so I am not laying blame, just pointing it out so others can be careful when the multiple options are very different.The rubber coasters are large and quite thick. I got them for putting under a dresser, and the non-slip ones are doing what I need (the dresser was a bit uneven and shaky but the feet have evened it out). Actually they are thick enough that I honestly think they could be used as feet under a washing machine to reduce shaking/noise. They are very grippy on the floor and if you have furniture that is sliding and you want it to stay put these are definitely for you.
