I am so thrilled with this. First, the shipping was so fast and the packaging was beautiful! It has easy assembly and you can tell it's a quality product. It's perfect for hosting and also great for every day use. I am so happy with this.

The smell of the product was horrible and there was an odd taste of any liquid put into the dispenser. Tried to wait the smell out but never got better.

this is a very nice product i love it. great for an event and you can fit a big cup under it without it being on the edge of a table

Very cute but can not get rid of plastic taste or smell despite soaking and dishwasher. Makes water taste terrible.

I really liked how cute it is designed and I used it for the first time and all my friends also loved it.

This is a beautiful product and the bamboo base is very pretty. However, no matter how many times I wash it, I cannot get rid of the chemical plastic smell and I’m not convinced that it’s BPA free. I cannot serve water out of this to my guests as it smells toxic :(
