BEST book I’ve ever read on the anti-inflammatory diet! Easy to follow/understand, well referenced AND it gets to the point with science behind it (without being overwhelming).Includes foods to include/avoid presented in an easy to reference format. Lots of great recipes too!SO glad I finally found this book where th an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle I can follow. THANK YOU!!

Good reference book for Inflammatory information.

Wow! Applause. Gut health is my priority.
I have multiple problems, but the worst are related to Gut health. As an Indian, we know the importance of spices in our diet, but this book tells more about how fruits and vegetables, dairy and poultry can too rush to aid to improve gut health. I like the quick recipes, those under 15 minutes. Plus simple ingredients. Nothing fancy to buy!This book also provides 21 days of meal planning week by week. Which further simplifies the process to what to eat and when. Some of the smoothies, we drink daily so that fits in our daily life. I eat certain sandwiches that can be replaced with the recipes provided in this book. I believe it's high time that I stick to my 21 days and enhance my immunity as the winters are upon us. This book also has anti inflammatory versions of biryani and shahi tukda! Unbelievable!Way to go!

Paperback = Black & White Photos
I bought this as a gift, and after quickly flipping through it, it looks like it has good information. However, the PAPERBACK book has BLACK AND WHITE PICTURES. You can't even tell what's on the plate. I will not be gifting this. The hardcover book is the one with the beautiful pictures.

Easy To Read With Great Recipes
I havent read the entire book yet but from what I have read and also glanced through this is an easy to read and understand book people looking to eat better and to reduce inflamation.I’ve looked at orher “eating better” plans and they seem so restrictive. The included menus are not restrictive and cover everything from a hearty breakfasts, to smoothies, snacks, desserts and vegan options. I’ll also admit a recipe guide without photos is not one I would choose so being able to see the finished recipes in beautiful color pictures is a win/win. I’m looking forward to starting to enjoy the meal plans and see how it reduces my joint pain and gastro issues.

Anti-Inflammatory Recipes
This was exactly the type of cookbook I’ve been looking for! A cookbook not focused on presenting the most outlandish dishes or recipes requiring a multitude of rare ingredients, but rather focused on making healthful meals that will nourish your body. I also appreciated the nod to lifestyle choices to support less inflammation. As a vegetarian who also cooks for the omnivores in my family, I found a lot of choices that will please everyone. The smoothie recipes were unique and well-balanced, and I loved all the different toasts! I’m also looking forward to trying my hand at the vegetable biryani, which I love to eat but have not made myself. One of the best cookbooks I’ve come across lately!
