The answer to my pizza casting problems.I watched a video a dozen times on how to use it, and nailed it the first time, easy.This one is only 8 inches wide, which is perfect for the small personal pizzas I like to make. Very pleased 😀

The product listing lacks the actual dimensions of this sliding pizza paddle. So here are the important dimensions: the useful size of the pizza peel is only 7-1/2" wide X 9" deep! A pizza peel that small is not even useful on a 'personal-sized' pizza. I uploaded one of the product pictures with a pizza on it--which look like a normal pizza, but in reality, would only be 5-6" in diameter. For those of us that have pizza ovens in sizes 12" or 16" this thing is just a joke. The typical 200g - 250g dough ball that I use to make my pizza crusts flatten out into pizzas that are 9" to 12" in diameter, so this product is horribly undersized.As far as the quality, it looks like it was made in a beginning woodworking class. The construction is simply unfinished plywood with what looks like a fiberglass cloth used as the sliding part. One of the reasons that I purchased this one is that the description stated that it was made better than the others that were cheaper. That is simply not true. There are splinters and tearouts in the plywood, and I really doubt that this would survive more than a few uses in a pizza oven that reaches temperatures over 900°.This was $34, and after seeing it, it is so overpriced, I'm embarrassed to have purchased it. There are similar pizza peels for less than half the price, but even if I had paid less, I'd still be returning this one.
