Excellent product.
I discovered these while traveling in Italy where a pharmacist recommended the product for me. I have bought them several times since. They are excellent. They keep you moving without making you worried that you need to be next to a restroom. Just one tablet and you go the bathroom normally.

MIracle cure for constipation
I bought these in a European pharmacy to help deal with jetlag constipation. Cheaper there but even at the Amazon price, they're worth every penny! Tasteless. No side effects. Gluten free. Smooth, consistent, painless "evacuation". Ingredients (for those wondering): Senna, fennel, dandelion, caraway, and cumin. Dosage depends on your need. The correct one is the "minimum dose that works". For most people, 1–2 tablets. If you need more, you might have serious issues with your diet (think "too much carbs and proteins").
