Excellent product for both men & women.

Good for small isolated movement, but you cant solely rely on this kit for your main workout. I like to use this for isolated movements post my main workout.

Posting exactly after 5 years. Used them not much. At the begining quality was good. Now looking for the warranty coverage/replacement.
